About GoCoop Marketplace
At GoCoop (pronounced go-co-op) we connect India's artisans, weaver co-operatives, craft organisations and clusters directly with consumers across the world. our national award winning global platform brings together handloom, handicraft artisans and cooperatives from over 55 clusters, delivering authentic handmade products, ensuring fair prices for both buyer and seller. GoCoop Marketplace supports both retail and wholesale transactions.
● Retail - Consumers can directly purchase a product online from our sellers. Sellers would ship the product directly to the Customer. GoCoop coordinates the shipment and customer delivery process with the producers.
● Wholesale - National and international buyers including retailers, brands, designers, boutiques and home entrepreneurs can buy and source handwoven sarees, fabrics and more directly from the producers at prices that are lower than from traditional sources.
GoCoop Social Marketplace aims to enable these organisations to realize fair value of their produce by directly selling to consumers as well as generate more employment. The cooperatives, and various craft based groups, who are a part of our marketplace are producers with the objective of generating livelihoods for their members, most of whom are weavers and artisans. We support these organisations in two ways:
● Whenever you buy a craft product through our marketplace, you are providing employment of at least 2 days to maximum of two weeks to a weaver or artisan.
● The sales proceeds of your online order directly goes to these producers thereby eliminating intermediaries benefiting both the sellers and the buyer.
We encourage users to take a moment and create an account. This helps us in providing better customer service to you. Once your account is created, you can purchase products and continue shopping on the marketplace. However, we do offer the option of a guest checkout.
At GoCoop, we have designed an extremely easy and hassle-free registration process to create your account. Users can simply register by clicking on ‘Login’ option that is provided at the top right corner of the home page. A simple create account form is provided to fill the basic required information.
To retrieve or change your password. visit gocoop.com and on the login page follow the ‘forgot your password link’. Here, you can submit your registered email id after which we will send you an email to reset your password.
If you receive a message stating your account already exists on the website and you are not able to login with your previous credentials, please send a request for re-activation of your email address to firstname.lastname@example.org
GoCoop supports national and international buyers including retailers, brands, designers, boutiques and home entrepreneurs in wholesale buying and sourcing handwoven sarees, fabrics and more directly from the producers.
All the products that are available on the retail platform are eligible and offered under wholesale. The range includes sarees, fabrics, accessories, apparels and home decor. Customers can get in touch with us at email@example.com regarding any further queries.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation SMS as well as an email with the details of the order. You can also login with your registered account details and verify your order in the ‘My Account’ section. For any further clarifications, we are just a call away on support numbers listed on the website. We are also available on LIVE chat from 10am - 7pm IST (Mon-Fri).
We can change the delivery address or mobile number within 24hrs of the order placed. Please get in touch with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for the changes.
You will be updated with the status of your order through email. You can also monitor your order by logging in and clicking on the ‘My Accounts’ section on the website.
GoCoop supports Credit Card, Debit card, net banking, UPI and other wallet payments using convenient payment gateway options for both domestic and international customers. Cash on delivery is currently not an option. You can view the specific “policies->terms of service” provided as a link in the footer of the website. *We currently do not have an EMI based option on the website.
All orders on GoCoop are processed by our sellers in 2 working days. Domestic orders are delivered within 4-6 working days*. International orders are consolidated from various regions of India in our Bangalore warehouse and will be then packed and shipped through FedEx or DHL, the delivery can be expected within 10-12 working days.
*This time line may vary under unpredictable circumstances, we will keep you informed about any change in processing.

Order Cancellation, Returns and Refund
GoCoop accepts returns only if a wrong product or damaged product is delivered. Exchanges are accepted only for genuine reasons which may vary for different orders and products. The product needs to be in unused and unsoiled condition with original folds (especially for sarees) and price tag intact. Customers wishing to return or exchange, must intimate firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the product. • Intensity of colour may vary between the image and the actual product • Minor irregularities will not be considered as a quality flaw as this is an integral characteristic of all handmade products. • Returns are strictly not accepted for yardage.
Supporting photographs of the product along with the reason for exchange should be submitted via email. The gocoop team and the respective marketplace seller will then review the issue and revert.
In the case of an accepted refund on return, the customer support team will initiate the refund for the product after it reaches the vendor. It will take 5-6 working days for the amount to be credited back to your account. This timeline may vary based on the payment mode you had selected while placing the order, and also based on the banks involved in the transactions.
Crafting Change Points
You need to have an account with us to earn points . If you do not have an account you can Sign up here. You can earn points by doing the things you already do - Shopping. For every 1 Rs. spent you will get 5 points in your account( 1Rs = 5 points). Points added in your account can be redeemed on your next purchase.
Once you have logged into your account, click on the little green gift box icon on the bottom right corner of the page. All information related to your accumulated points are explained in detail.
Once you earn 10000 points, you can redeem them for a Rs. 100 OFF on your next purchase and minimum crafting change points required to redeem are 10000. Maximum of 100,000 crafting change points which is equal to Rs. 1000 can be redeemed per order.
1. Referrer needs to place a order of minimum Rs. 5000 and once the referral is complete can Rs. 500 OFF coupon which can be redeemed on the next order.
2. The referred person gets Rs. 200 OFF on order above Rs, 2000, when purchased through the referral link.
