Program Coordinator
GoCoop Livelihoods Foundation was founded by the promoters of GoCoop, as a not for profit entity to rebuild capabilities of weaver clusters with focus on the required capacity-building , creating backward & forward linkages and nurturing entrepreneurship The foundation is on the mission of creating cluster based weaver entrepreneurs by supporting and training them on market awareness, product development, quality management and digital enablement with ecommerce readiness. We are looking for a Program Coordinator to drive our cluster development programs, identify project opportunities and maintain donor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Program Design.
- Proposal writing and budget planning.
- Program Management & Execution.
- Oversee and guide project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
- Report writing and submission.
- Manage Stakeholder and Donor partnerships.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Masters in Rural Management / Social Work.
- 2 + years of experience in Program Management in rural / craft sector.
- Exceptional Communication, Organisation and Time Management skills.
- Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must be willing to travel as per project needs.
- Must be Adaptable and Flexible to suit project needs and demands.

Jr Category Manager
As Jr Category Manager you are responsible for developing the respective category(s) including product planning and sourcing, driving sales, increase profitability, and customer satisfaction within the assigned category.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the category.
- Develop the Category plan aligned with the overall objectives. Plan the product assortment for the category, considering customer demand, market trends, and profitability.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations, marketing to align and execute category plans.
- Along with the supply chain team closely monitor and conduct regular reviews of artisan partner (vendor) performance, including quality, cost, delivery, and service levels. Maintain close relationships with artisan partners, fostering collaboration.
- Conduct regular analysis of product performance and make data-driven recommendations for assortment adjustments.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal availability of products in the category.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Monitor and report key metrics for the category, such as sales, margin and customer satisfaction and present to management. Make adjustments as required to drive continuous change and improvement to the category performance.

Asst. Manager - Vendor Management & Community Development
Job Description:
- Overall management of vendor relationships across regions in collaboration with regional teams and cluster executives
- Developing new vendor relationships and supply chain based on requirements from the business (taking support from WSCs or state depts etc)
- Responsible for seller onboarding for marketplace and supporting regional executives in seller management
- Drive active participation of vendors in exhibitions
- Monthly reporting on the vendor performance across channels, gaps, areas of improvements
- Lead initiatives to develop the vendor base/artisan community at our clusters and in our exhibitions/online
- Lead projects related to cluster development in association with partners
- 1-2 years of work experience in social sector, preferably craft organisation

eCommerce Catalog Specialist
Job Description:
- Responsible for creating & maintaining Master SKU Data list.
- Understanding of category and sub category grouping
- All SKU # assignment – with important attributes to be defined
- Write clear descriptions for product listings
- Review and format files for bulk product uploads
- Assigning variant, price levels, discounts and promotion offers to listings
- Optimize listings – use of keywords, tags and metadata
- Train sellers to create & manage their own listings and catalogue
- Research craft information to develop accurate product description
- 2+ years of work experience in E-Commerce catalogue processing
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and functions including VLOOKUP filters etc.
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Familiarity with Web platforms, preferably with Shopify

- Preparing product catalogue, taking product pictures, writing descriptions, editing pictures in photoshop, uploading product catalogue to websites etc
- Supporting Coops and other producers in handling trade enquiries, order fulfilment, logistics, payments etc
- Generating leads for company for e.g. probable customers in the cluster, doing the initial visits, briefings
- Any Graduate; Diploma in Handlooms and Textiles or background in textile/design related courses preferred; Should be capable of using basic MS Office applications, Photoshop skills are preferred. Specific training would be provided by GoCoop.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of the English and local language is must
