A traditional handwoven cotton saree woven by the weavers of the village Nuapatana in Odisha. The village of Nuapatana is famous for its handwoven traditional mercerised cotton sarees and the tie-dye technique to create motifs on the saree is its speciality. White and red colour yarns used to weave this saree. It has plain body woven on the body with temple design near borders and dobby sapta motifs woven on the borders. Ikat flower motifs and sapta motifs have been woven on the red saree pallu.
