Description :

Maroon hand block printed and hand embroidered cotton kurti by the talented Lambani artists of the artisan cluster of Bellary, Karnataka, at Sandur Kushala Kala Kendra. The cotton kurta is stitched with a split U-neckline with a hook to fasten. The straight cut of the kurta is stitched with slits on either sides. The base fabric of this kurta is printed with waves and dots as alternating stripes. The surroundings of the neck, the sleeve ends and the kurta ends are beautified with exquisite hand embroidered thread work and mirror embellishments in matching thread colors of yellow, black, red and white on a thick black cotton base. Style this kurta with a pair of matching leggings. The Sandur Kushala Kala Kendra is a non-profit organisation that trains and encourages the Lambani artisans around Bellary for their innovative designs and quality products that strikes a beautiful combination of colors and hand ornamentations in the form of tikris, bead work, mirror work and embroidery.
