Shipping and delivery

Hello Gocoop,

Over the period of several years I bought several good quality sarees from different parts of India through your website. I must thank you for making them available online.

Recently I bought two Baluchary sarees from Tantuja. These are expensive sarees. Tantuja uses Ecomexpress courier for shipping. Delivery was really fast. But both time delivery was done at neighbour’s house. This crooked neighbour signed for my mother and opened the package before giving to my mother.
Courier guy must check any printed copy of name and ID before handing over the package. There is a phone number given to re-check on the person. My mother was very upset
I want to buy couple more sarees from Tantuja but have doubt that package will be delivered to incorrect person again. When we check online status it said ‘delivered’. But really do not know who the packages were delivered.
I emailed Ecomexpress about my concern they never replied my back.

I thought to share my experience with you.
