Sambalpuri saree is a traditional handwoven saree by the weavers of Lurupali, Bargarh district, Odisha. Sambalpuri sarees are known for their traditional motifs. This handloom saree comes in coyote brown and black colour combinations. This saree has warp stripe patterns woven by the double ikat technique of weaving. Small checkered box designs adorn the saree body. Pallu has been woven with small flower motifs in multiple horizontal stripes.
