Handwoven Off white and black maheshwari silk cotton saree from the weavers of Madhya Pradesh. The plain saree body is highlighted with stripes of black zig zag patterns and zari tissue stripe for the borders. Thick and thin grey weft bands are woven for the saree pallu. The royal weaves of the maheshwari originated at the banks of river Narmada, creating elegant, light weight and subtle lustrous sarees.
