A traditional handwoven cotton saree woven by the weavers of the village Nuapatana in Odisha. The village of Nuapatana is famous for its handwoven traditional mercerised cotton sarees and the tie-dye technique to create motifs on the saree is its speciality. Multi colour yarns used to weave this saree. It has tribal folk motifs woven on the blue body and line stripes designed on the border of the saree by multi colour yarns. Multi colour yarns are used to weave the saree pallu in weft stripe pattern.
