This traditional handloom mercerised ikat cotton saree woven by the weavers of Nuapatna, Odisha and is popularly known as 'Jharana cotton saree' due to the white lines on the body. The town of Nuapatna is famous for its handwoven traditional mercerised cotton sarees and the tie-dye technique to create motifs on the saree is it’s speciality.
