Manager-Sales, Key Accounts
Job Description:
    Responsibilities:

  • The role will be a key contributor to growth strategy. The Manager – Sales, Key Accounts will be responsible for establishing, developing and nurturing relationships with Key Accounts (Brands and Retailers, Export accounts).
  • Initiates and develops Key National and International accounts for the company which may include- Indian Apparel Brands & Retailers, Designer Boutiques, Overseas Apparel Brands and Exporters / Importers ​
  • ​​Identifies and appoints sales agents in geographies for developing regional business
  • Focuses on building and meeting a Sales Budget
  • Manage Sales receivables (payments)
  • Works extensively with sourcing team and weaving clusters for product development, for product delivery and for servicing the customers

    Skill & Qualification:

  • Graduate, preferably with an MBA with 5 + years of relevant experience; preferably in Textile , Apparel or Craft sector
  • Good industry relationships with potential buyers and agencies in apparel brands industry in India, US and Europe

Service Executive
Job Description:
  • Responsible for providing GoCoop online marketing services to Co-ops and other producer organizations
  • Preparing product catalogue, taking product pictures, writing descriptions, editing pictures in photoshop, uploading product catalogue to websites etc
  • Supporting Coops and other producers in handling trade enquiries, order fulfilment, logistics, payments etc
  • Generating leads for company for e.g. probable customers in the cluster, doing the initial visits, briefings
  • Any Graduate; Diploma in Handlooms and Textiles or background in textile/design related courses preferred; Should be capable of using basic MS Office applications, Photoshop skills are preferred. Specific training would be provided by GoCoop.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of the English and local language is must

Sr. Marketing Executive
Job Description:
  • Responsible for marketing GoCoop online marketing services to Co-ops and other producer organizations and other stakeholders in cluster/geography
  • Generating leads for company, following up with leads, customer demonstrations of online marketing, converting leads into orders, following up with service engineers for enabling websites for coops, final demo, ensuring customer satisfaction, collecting payments
  • Managing marketing efforts in 3-4 clusters; Reporting of the status of the activities in cluster; Managing the team of up to 3-4 service engineers.
  • Prefer Management Graduates with 1-2 years experience in Cooperatives or handloom/textile sector preferred; Good knowledge of basic MS Office applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills is required
  • Knowledge of the English and local language is required
  • Prior working experience in eCommerce/online marketing companies will have added advantage

  • Build/Manage a team of executives making sure adherence of company operational processes
